Flexipat entremets 555 x 360 x 20 mm
The Flexipat entremets is a Flexipan with edges. It is used in a similar manner as the Exopat on account of its flatness.
The Flexipat entremets can due to its edges:
- spread or pour any type of preparations: fruit jellies, ganaches, coulis, crème brulée etc.
- bake biscuits.
- obtain a plate ready to assemble in frames, without wasting material.
- ensure constant thickness.
Use preferably on perforated aluminium sheets for baking.
The Flexipan mould is a combination of fibre glass and silicon, which confer unequalled solidness and longevity, along with exceptional nonstick properties, without any greasing. Can be used from -40°C (-40°F) to +280°C (+536°F). Easy turning out of frozen foods or cooked. Can be used for sweet or savoury preparations. Using the whole sheets for preparation saves precious time. Depending on the products, it can be used 2000 to 3000 times before the appearance of the first signs of sticking.
