Silicone pastry brush Matfer.

This brush with its head specially designed by Matfer, is ideal for brushing pastry with egg, spreading syrup, coating with jelly, covering with sauce… The very wide head has more than 130 offset conical bristles. This shape and arrangement make it easier to hold the product for a smoother spread. The head is heat-resistant up to 250°C. The silicone head is moulded over the composite handle, ensuring the handle will not come off. The brush is perfectly easy to clean and is dishwasher proof.
