Customization: This pure cocoa paste allow to customize the Manjari chocolate by increasing its percentage.
Exemple with Manjari 64%: 2/3 Manjari 64% + 1/3 Manjari pure cocoa paste = 2/3 x 0,64 + 1/3 x 1 = Manjari 76%
