Made from premium quality chocolate couverture, this spray gives a unique dark chocolate velvety finish to your entremets, mousses and ice creams. Use other velvet sprays to create shades or a stencil to make dessert decorations.
Directions of use : Immerse 3/4 of the can in water at 45-50°C for 30 minutes, or place the bottle in a steam room at 45-50°C for about 6 hours. Shake well for 2 minutes, or until you hear the metal ball moving inside the can. For optimal results, apply to frozen cakes as soon as you take them out of the freezer, at a distance of 30-40cm, in a well ventilated room. After each use, turn the bottle upside down and clean the spray nozzle under running water.
