Choco 22 T can be used to warm chocolate to the right temperature no handling required: - melt the topping at 50°C (45° for milk-based topping), - cool at 25/27° - then raise and stabilize temperature at 30/32°C (28°C for milk-based topping) without handling containers and without moving the chocolate out of the dipping machine. Chocolate is cooled by a cold water flow generated automatically by the machine, to attain chocolate crystallization. automatic water filling with electronic level control by solenoid valve. stainless steel frame and water tank. A needle may be fitted directly to the dipping machine so that the chocolate temperature is displayed instead of the set temperature.
