Preparations: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For 12 muffins put 500 grams of the mixture, 200 grams (220 ml) of vegetable oil (such as groundnut oil) and 200 ml of water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add a filling of your choice, such as bake stable chocolate, blueberries, banana or nuts. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper baking cups and fill the cups with batter to just below the rim. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until golden.
